Check in by Prior Bookings Policy
All guests must make an advance booking via email, telephone call or text message. The booking request is subject to availability. Walking in are not permitted.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability of the guesthouse at the time of confirming a booking.
Deposit and Booking Confirmations
Upon confirming of availability, a nonrefundable deposit payment of 50% should be remitted within 48 hours in order to secure the booking. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival. Bookings that are not secured by this deposit may be released without prior notification. Funds must be transferred as invoiced. Deposit payments will be received only through the Mpesa, Azimo, and Worldremit mobile payment platforms.
All outstanding balances are made in cash on arrival. Payments by credit cards and debit cards are not allowed.
All cancellations must be in writing 14 days prior to the check-in date. Where the payment of the nonrefundable deposit payment of 50% has not been made, no cancellation payments are required. Where the payment of the nonrefundable deposit payment of 50% has been made, the amount is forfeited as the cancellation penalty. Refunds will be made less bank charges incurred.
The request for reservation transfers will be in writing. The reservation transfers must be made 14 days before the transferor’s arrival. All terms and conditions on the transferor are binding on the transferee. Changes in the check-in date and check-out date are subject to the availability of the guest house.
